The company’s primary focus is to structure and advise third party funds into real estate backed assets, mining, infrastructure and private equity ventures in Brazil, and more specifically the North East of Brazil.

The business combines the extensive emerging market expertise of the Salamanca Group with the local contact base and specialist knowledge of its Brazilian Managing Director, Renato Garcia and his team formerly of RGarcia Consultoria e Investimentos.  This combination has formed one of the leading investment and advisory firms in the North East of Brazil.

The company’s funds, RG Salamanca I FIP, and Salamanca II FIP are Brazilian close-ended, private equity structures, with BRL 312 million under management, launched to capitalise on the advantageous real estate characteristics in the North East of Brazil and more specifically in the state of Rio Grande do Norte and Natal.
