HC FCM Salamanca Global Property Fund 1 (the 'Fund') is a multi-sector real estate opportunity fund.

Launched in December 2007, it is an Open-Ended Investment Company regulated by the Financial Services Authority.

The Fund has a strong and proven track record and is one of the best real estate funds in the IMA property sector; it was ranked 1st in performance in 2008 and 2010, and 2nd in 2011 against its peers.
