The site is located in Manastrirski Livadi, an area located between the city of Sofia and the prosperous southern suburbs located at the foothills of Vitosha mountain. The site borders a residential area on one side and a forested park on the other. It is extremely well placed for a mixed use development due to its proximity to the ring road, airport and many local amenities. Additionally, the new Bulgaria Mall, another Salamanca project, is located very near the site.
