River House is a residential development located in the south of Warsaw, in the Mokotow District.

The project comprises of 94 residential apartments ranging from 41 to 120 sq.m with 153 underground parking bays. The complex houses three low, four storey buildings with underground parking. The apartments and communal areas will be finished to the highest standard using natural materials including sandstone and wood. The development will be gated as well as having a 24hr security guard.
