Bulgaria Mall, Bulgaria

Bulgaria Mall is one of the largest mixed use schemes being developed in Bulgaria. The project has a GDV of c. EUR 225 million and will comprise c.140,000 sqm of retail and office accommodation.
Situated on the corner of Bulgaria Boulevard and Todor Kableshkov Street, 1km from the city's Ring Road, the destination shopping centre is ideally located, benefitting from its proximity to two of the most exclusive residential areas of Sofia. The Bulgarian Capital has a population of c.1.3 million people, with the immediate catchment of Bulgaria Mall containing roughly 320,000 people, including those with the highest disposable income in the city.
Bulgaria Boulevard is a major road, with a tramline service, that links the city centre to the outer residential suburbs. Todor Kableshkov Street has been identified by the local municipality as a crucial link for future traffic solutions in the area, and the widening of it is already included in the municipality’s plans.
The development will consist of c. 50,000 sqm of retail, restaurants and entertainment areas together with c. 36,000 sqm of offices plus the requisite underground car parking.
Anchor tenants for the mall, either signed up or in advanced negotiations, include Carrefour, Technomarket (electrical and home appliances), Sport Depot, Orange (stationery and books), Mango and Zara.
